Terms of Service

By accessing or using Project Verse App ("PVA", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including builders, developers, renovators and anyone who registers an account.

PVA is a cloud-based project management platform designed for construction, renovation and development projects. Features include budget tracking, Gantt chart planning, contractor management, expense export and investor reporting. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use PVA you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your password • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access • Take responsibility for all activity under your account You may not share accounts or allow multiple users to access the same account simultaneously without an appropriate plan.

PVA offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. Contact us if you believe you have been charged in error • Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful content • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission • Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights • Engage in any activity that disrupts or impairs the Service

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to PVA. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. We will not access your project data except to provide support, ensure security or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The PVA platform, including its design, features, code and branding, is owned by Project Verse App and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the platform. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use your feedback and suggestions to improve the Service, without obligation to compensate you.

PVA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. PVA is a project management tool. We are not responsible for any project outcomes, financial decisions or construction results based on information within the platform. Always seek professional advice for significant financial and construction decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you: • Breach these Terms of Service • Fail to pay subscription fees • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
